With economic growth comes the risk of damaging our communities and environment by expanding and developing, without adequate forethought for sustainability.
We aim to develop guidance, based on the widest possible research and experience, and provide planning practitioners, policy makers and businesses across North West Europe with a planning and economic development tools to encourage implementation of intelligent and sustainable land use.
